6 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari to Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park giving you a full satisfaction to the big 5 game animals. While in Murchison Falls National Park, you will get the opportunity of spotting the “Big four” and the roaring rapids of the falls. You will also see the Rhinos at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary which is enroute to Murchison falls national park.
Queen Elizabeth National Park is a perfect place for an experiential game drive to track the lions and leopard in Kasenyi sector. While on a game drive, you also get to stop the antelopes, elephants, buffaloes and so much more. Get to see a great number of hippos and elephants at Kazinga channel while in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Kazinga channel is one of the world’s largest concentration of hippos as well as numerous Nile crocodiles during a boat cruise. Interestingly, you will also drive to Ishasha sector to see the tree climbing Lions.
Welcome to Uganda (Arrival and transfer to the Hotel)

On arrive at the airport, you will by picked up transfer to your hotel for check in, have lunch and relax. You may go for a city tour of Entebbe town in case you arrive early and visit some places like Entebbe Botanical Gardens, Entebbe Zoo, sandy beaches for relaxation among many others

Day 1: Transfer to Ziwa rhino sanctuary and Murchison falls National Park.
You will have early breakfast and set off for Ziwa rhino sanctuary in Nakasongola District, near Nakitoma Village. This is where you will get a moment to track these beautiful animals. The white Rhinos became extinct in Uganda’s national parks in 1980, but conservationists and the government through Uganda wildlife authority took the few that had remained and transferred them to the sanctuary for better protection. There are about 33 rhinos in the sanctuary at the moment and there is a plan to reintroduce them in Uganda’s game parks in the future.

Lunch will be at the sanctuary before proceeding to the Murchison Falls National Park. Later when you reach your lodge, freshen up, and head for an evening game drive. Then come back for dinner and relaxation till overnight.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and afternoon Boat Cruise
After an early morning cup of hot tea / coffee, you will leave for an early morning game drive looking for the early morning riser. As you head out for the game drive, you will be in position to spot animals like the buffaloes, elephants, lions, leopards, hyenas, Rothschild giraffes, Oribi, Kobs and waterbucks together with some bird species along the way with some feeding together with the big animals.
After you will head back for breakfast and rest at the lodge till lunch is served. In the afternoon you head for a Boat ride along the Victoria Nile to the bottom of the falls. This Boat ride on River Nile goes for 3 hours and you will be able to see some Nile crocodiles, numerous hippos, as well as various bird species. You will then return for dinner and the overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Visit to the Top of the Falls and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
On this day, you will wake upp on a sweet breakfast at your lodge, then check out of the lodge and drive to the top of the falls. While there, you will enjoy the spectacular view of the most powerful waterfall in the world, Murchison falls.
Thereafter, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park expecting a clear view of the Rwenzori Mountains during your journey. On your way, you will also have a stopover for lunch in Fort Portal. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge, and after you may opt for an evening game drive or relax as you wait for dinner and overnight stay.

Queen Elizabeth National Park is Uganda’s most visited game reserve and arguably the most scenic. The national park protects the vast savannah plains, bushland, wetlands, and forests that lie at the base of the Rwenzori Mountain range. Kazinga Channel, which flows through the park and connects Lake George in the East to Lake Edward in the West, attracts a rich array of birds and animals, including the infamous Nile crocodile and one of the world’s largest concentrations of hippos. On your first game drive, you will explore the park along with a 200-kilometer network of well-maintained game viewing tracks. Dinner and overnight

Day 5: Morning Game drive and boat cruise on Kazinga Channel.
Sunrise is the best time for wildlife spotting as animals tend to be the most active during the “golden hours” when the first rays of sunshine come to rest on the savannah. Elephants, buffalo, and several species of antelope are some of the characters you may come across today, and if you’re lucky, you may even spot a lion or leopard or both of them.
Later in the day when the sun is high in the sky and the animals make their way to the river for a drink, we will head to Kazinga Channel for an exciting boat cruise. You will spot more hippos today than you can possibly imagine. Herds of elephants and buffaloes will also wander down to the shoreline to bathe in the cooling waters. A boat cruise is a fantastic way to get close to wildlife and for many visitors and the highlight of Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Day 6: Transfer to Kampala via Ishasha sector for the Tree-climbing lions
On this day, you will have breakfast then set off for a breathtaking game viewing experience in the Ishasha area of Queen Elizabeth National Park – famously known for its resident tree-climbing lions. The chance of spotting these lions is about 70% though sometimes they are really hard to spot. Hoping you get the chance to spot them, the sight will be spectacular! You will also be able to see other wildlife such as the Uganda kob, Cape buffaloes, elephants, and warthogs in addition to the tree-climbing lions.

Thereafter, you will check out of your lodge and then you will be transferred to Kampala city with a stopover at the Equator for lunch and taking photographs as well as souvenir shopping. There after proceed to Kampala or Enteebe International Airport for your flight back or your next journey.
